how it works
Start by filling out our inquiry form and telling us about your event—date, location, and any ideas you have (even if it’s just a vibe). We’ll guide you from there.
01. Share Your Vision
We’ll create a custom plan tailored to your celebration, including design details, pricing, and recommendations to bring everything together beautifully.
02. Design & Proposal
Once your proposal is approved, a 50% retainer locks in your event. From there, we handle the details so you don’t have to.
03. Secure Your Date
On event day, our team installs everything with care and precision—creating a polished, photo-ready setup that makes your space feel transformed. You get to enjoy your event, take it all in, and make memories—while we handle the magic behind the scenes.
04. We Bring It to Life, you celebrate & enjoy!
Marquee Lights
Light up your celebration—literally. Our marquee letters and numbers bring the fun while creating a bold, glowing focal point that instantly elevates your event. Perfect for names, ages, and custom moments, they’re designed to stand out and shine all night long.

We used Jamie for a balloon arch at our baby shower a little over a year ago, and we were excited to work with her again for our son’s first birthday party. Oh yes—we’ve got the good stuff! Our helium bar features balloons from 11 to 36 inches, plus fun upgrades like mylar balloons, tassel tails, and vinyl personalization to make them uniquely yours.
Need something cute and convenient? Our Grab & Go options are perfect for you! These are pre-designed balloon garlands and helium bouquets available for pickup. Just order through our link or submit an inquiry—it’s that easy.
We do! Delivery is $4 per mile with a $20 minimum. Most installation fees are already built into our pricing, but for extra custom setups, there may be an additional fee. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through everything during the design process.
For installations, yes—a $250 minimum applies. But if you’re planning something smaller, our Grab & Go options are a perfect (and budget-friendly) way to celebrate!
Long enough to keep the party going! Air-filled balloons (indoors) typically last at least a week—often longer. Our helium balloons are treated with Hi-Float for extended life, though float times vary depending on size.
