By accessing this website and/or booking services with Float Party Co., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Services
Float Party Co. provides balloon décor services for events, including custom designs, delivery, installation, and setup.
2. Bookings & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date..
Full payment must be made 72hrs prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed
Pricing is subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the event
Cancellations made after this period may result in partial or no refund
4. Inclement Weather Policy
For outdoor events, balloon décor is highly sensitive to weather conditions including heat, wind, rain, and extreme temperatures.
Float Party Co. is not responsible for damage caused by weather after installation
In cases of severe or unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel installation for safety reasons
Clients are encouraged to have an indoor or covered backup location
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related damage or conditions beyond our control
5. Changes to Orders
Any changes to your order must be requested at least 7 days before your event and are subject to availability and possible additional fees.
6. Delivery & Setup
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring access to the setup location
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information, restricted access, or circumstances beyond our control
7. Balloon Care & Liability
Balloons are delicate and may be affected by weather conditions such as heat, cold, wind, or sunlight
Float Party Co. is not responsible for damage or deterioration after setup has been completed
The client assumes responsibility for the care of all balloon décor once installation is finished
8. Rental Equipment & Damage
Certain items such as stands, backdrops, frames, and props are rented and remain the property of Float Party Co.
Rental items must not be moved, altered, or dismantled by the client or guests
The client assumes full responsibility for rented items during the event
Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will result in additional charges, including repair or replacement costs
If applicable, a refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned once items are inspected and confirmed to be in original condition
9. Photo & Media Release
Float Party Co. may photograph or video completed décor installations for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and advertising materials.
By booking our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use images of our work.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing identifiable individuals without consent and will not personally identify any individual without permission.
If you prefer that your event décor is not photographed or used for promotional purposes, you must submit a written request prior to your event date.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Float Party Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Float Party Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
